My Touchdown Dance

According to my computer clock, today is the last day of November, which appears to mean that I was, indeed, successful in posting a blog entry every single day for a month. Go me. And not a moment too soon, as it seems after thirty entries, I’ve already run out of stuff to say. Weird, huh?

It’s not that there aren’t things to talk about. For example, Christian and I just figured out that we appear to be a month overdue on paying our internet bill. Yet we still have internet. Why is this? Is it free? Is someone at the internet company too lazy to look through their files to notice that we like totally owe them money (the electric company subscribes to a similar policy around here, actually)?

Or I could dig up some history: maybe an art school story or a “bad things I did at one of the many summer camps I went to” story or all the stupid stories I have about guys I used to date (back when I dated). And there’s always plenty of news (heck, I’ve already filled up posts and posts with all the dumb things that are going on in the world, according to CNN).

But when push comes to shove, I’m a bit stuck in my own head at the moment, and nothing sounds interesting anymore. Goodness, I’ve bored myself! The irony, though, is that now I’m addicted to writing posts. I’m not sure I can stop anymore. That might be even worse. Especially if all my posts from here on out end up like this one. But we’ll see.

Anyway, I suspect that you can expect pretty regular updates into the mundane lives of myself and Christian, as well as a bunch more photo albums (I’ve been lazy about uploading pictures while doing all that posting plus I still have the fetal porn movies to get online). Well, at least until March, when presumably I will have no life, at least according to the online pregnancy forums.

Which reminds me, if you were about to give birth and had the option thanks to an unfair economy of hiring either a nanny or a maid, which one would you hire and why?
